Keeton's Online simplifies the office products ordering process, and offers the following features:
1. Accuracy: A real-time connection means that you are creating your own order as you go. Current pricing and quantities are displayed during order entry, minimizing any discrepancies.
2. Paperwork: Saves time and money by reducing paperwork, because orders are entered only once, not handwritten, typed, faxed, or re-entered. 
3. Access: There is no software or hardware to install. All that you need is a computer with access to the Internet. If you have a printer, you can also print your online orders.
4. Security: Keeton's offers many features that make your online ordering process as secure as possible.
a) Unique User Id and Password.
b) Secure Checkout page. (VeriSign)
c) Ability to have multiple levels of approval.
d) Ability to set dollar limits per user or per account.
5. Customer Service: As always, with Keeton's Office Supply, customer service is our #1 priority. Our customer service representatives are just a phone call away, you can e-mail us if you prefer.
8. Order History: Complete order history for your account (or department). Not only orders that were entered online, but also any orders that Keeton's placed for you. Order history includes the past 12 months. Order history shows the items and quantities for each order. You can also add items to a current order from a past order.
9. Favorites Lists: You have the ability to create multiple favorites lists. Items are shown in a menu format with item description and current pricing. All you do is select the items and quantities, and add the items to your cart. 
10. Quick and Advanced Search: This allows you to search for and find the item that you need. You can search by item number (or partial item number), description, key- words, manufacturer, or limit to specific attributes. Then simply add the item to your cart. 
11. Save Orders: You can place orders and put them on hold. This way you can go back later and add items to the order or change quantities without having to submit multiple orders. 
12. Payment Options: Have the order billed to your Keeton's account or pay with a credit card. Automatic billing to a specified credit card is available upon request.
13. Multiple Users: A master account may be set up, along with multiple departments. Each department can be assigned multiple users with different levels of ordering privileges and approval levels.
14. Multiple Item Selection: You may select more than one item at a time to add to your shopping cart. This feature works with Order History, My Favorites, and Company List (if used). Just check the box next to each item you wish to add, verify the quantity per item and add all of the selected items to your cart.
